ProfitDeck computes landed costs, per-order profit and margin flags for your store from the inputs you provide (purchase orders, freight, duty, FX, fee rates, rules) and the catalog and order data your store authorizes us to read. Every computed figure is traceable in-app to the inputs that produced it.
The accuracy of computed figures depends on the accuracy of your inputs — supplier invoices, freight amounts, duty rates, FX overrides and fee rate cards. ProfitDeck is an analytics tool, not accounting, tax or customs advice; consult a professional for regulated filings.
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's app billing on the plan you select, with a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Plan screen or by uninstalling; billing then stops per Shopify's standard proration rules.
Your data stays yours. Full CSV export is available at any time. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
